Deck Building & Repair in Locust Grove, GA
A good deck is where summers happen. YKIC LLC builds custom decks and repairs worn ones across Locust Grove, McDonough, Hampton, and the surrounding Henry County area — framed to code, finished clean, and built to stand up to Georgia heat, rain, and humidity. Whether you need a brand-new build or your old deck needs boards, railings, or structural work, we handle it start to finish.
What's included
New deck construction from the footings up, plus repairs and partial rebuilds: board replacement, railing and stair repair, ledger and joist reinforcement, and resurfacing tired decks with fresh decking. We also handle permits and code requirements so you don't have to chase paperwork.
Materials & options
Choose pressure-treated pine for a classic, budget-friendly deck, or composite decking for low maintenance and long life. We walk you through the tradeoffs — cost, upkeep, lifespan, appearance — and build with quality fasteners and flashing details that keep water out of the structure.
Our process
We start with a free on-site look at your space and talk through size, layout, and budget. You get a straightforward written quote. Once approved, we schedule the build, keep the site tidy, and walk the finished deck with you before we call it done.
Why choose YKIC for your deck
We're a local Locust Grove crew with 10+ years of hands-on outdoor construction — not a call center or a middleman. We build to code, we show up when we say we will, and we stand behind the framing. Free quotes, straight pricing, no pressure.
